Our small studio
Studio K-Area, in the countryside of Le Vauclin in southern Martinique, is the beating heart of our activity. An air-conditioned space of 5.5 m × 7.8 m, simple and functional, extended by a 60 m² outdoor stage by the pool, where technology meets sensation. This is where the links between research, experimentation and creation are woven.
It is in this small studio that the gestures and images of Séquences Éphémères are born. Driven by Georges-Emmanuel Arnaud, photographer and sculptor, the space stays in motion: it hosts the projects of the Anisotropie association, artists in residence, moments of capture and moments of reflection. The rule: something should always be happening here — from thought to action.

Our big studio
An open-air territory, vibrant and plural. Our equipment is entirely mobile: motion capture suits, sensors, cameras, portable workstations — everything can be moved, set up, shared. And it belongs to us: we need no one’s permission to go and record.
From Fort-de-France to Le Vauclin, from Saint-Pierre to Sainte-Anne, any place can become a space for creation and encounter. When people cannot come to us, we go to them.
The big studio is the island itself — our living laboratory, where heritage, culture and technology talk to each other at the pace of the wind and the sea.

Georges-Emmanuel ARNAUD
Project lead
Georges-Emmanuel Arnaud is a Martinican artist, photographer and sculptor who makes the territory and its inhabitants the raw material of his work. Across portraiture, visual experiment and digital creation, he explores the links between memory and present, between body and landscape. His path has led him to blend traditional practice with technological innovation, inventing new ways to tell and to pass on. Always rooted in his island, he develops his projects with an international outlook, seeking to give tangible and intangible heritage a contemporary, universal resonance.
Olivia NIDAUD
Dance consultant
Olivia Nidaud is a dancer trained in Paris and New York in jazz, modern and classical dance. Also a naturopath, she connects the art of movement to overall wellbeing. Passionate about teaching and cultural exchange, she develops her projects at the meeting point of dance and health. She is the organiser of the O.N. Danse Martinique Summer Intensive.
Karton INOVATIV
Assistant
Karton is not just a cart: it is our travelling companion, the faithful sherpa of shoots and residencies. A Voyager NXT by Inovativ, it carries cameras, computers and digital dreams with a certain elegance on wheels. Solid as a rock but always ready to fold up and go, it has become very nearly a team member — except that it never asks for coffee or a lunch break.
